Pudzianowski Pawel Nastula is the next fight for the polish beast, Mariusz Pudzianowski. Coming off the back of a loss to Tim Sylvia and two fights in two weeks Pudzianowki will now take on Pawel Nastula, who is 1 – 4 – 0. Pavel Nastula is another Pole but of more note is he was 1995 and 1997 Judo World Champion, and 1996 gold medallist at the Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia. Pawel Natsula has mainly fought in PRIDE however had a pretty tough welcome to the origanisation fighting Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Aleksander Emelianenko. The fight is planned for Septemeber.

Mariusz Pudzianowski MMA thinks theres been some heavy duty cardio on the regime for Pudzian, which is a good thing considering how gassed he looked the other week. Pudzianoski is dropping a mighty 32lbs to Tim Sylvia, who is 18lbs heavier than when he last fought, but there’s a difference between pure muscle and strength and alot of flab. With that said Tim Sylvia has knock out power in those fists, something we’ve not seem from Mariusz Pudzianowski yet.
A while back whilst in Toronto UFC head honcho Dana White was doing a Q&A with fans and was asked about Mariusz Pudzianowski fighting and whether he was on the UFC watchlist……a resounding “who?” was pretty much the answer. One day perhaps, Mariusz Pudzianowski MMA thinks that should the Tim Sylvia fight go Pudzian’s way then Dana White may well start to notice the big man some. What are your thoughts? Mariusz Pudzianowski MMA is looking forward to this one! Its fight number three for the 5 time World’s Strongest Man, Mariusz Pudzianowski, this time in undoubtedly his biggest and most high profile fight to date with Tim “The Maine-iac” Sylvia, the former UFC Heavyweight Champion at Moosin: God of Martial Arts. Tim Sylvia is coming off the back of a win against Jason Riley, but the attention is still falling around his 3 loss streak that culminated with a 10 second knockout from former WBO World Heavyweight Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist Ray Mercer. Check out the knock below, the sound goes a bit towards the end but its the best up close and personal video I could find.
A stronger opponent this time for Mariusz Pudzianowski’s second fight in Yusuke Kawaguchi on May 7, 2010, during the KSW XIII event. Again Pudzian showed his strength, as you would expect, and dominated the fight but without ever really causing much damage. You can clearly see the big man gets gassed into the second round (potentially before). Mariusz Pudzianowski MMA definitely thinks its time to hit the cardio. It can’t be easy shifting that massive frame around and if he ever hopes to progress the stamina will need to improve and his weight will need to drop, especially if he is entertaining thoughts of a move into the UFC at any point.

So this was the Mariusz Pudzianowski MMA debut. He took on his first MMA fight against professional boxer Marcin Najman, a newcomer to the MMA world. The fight is pretty funny in all reality and shows little technical ability but those kicks pretty much put Najman into orbit. Mariusz Pudzianowski showcases his immense strength that will be a hand full for any opponent.
